Our commitment to responsible gaming

577bt believes that online gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — when played within the right boundaries. We want every player on our platform to play consciously and responsibly. Our platform provides all the tools you need to keep your gaming experience under control.

Gambling should never be seen as a source of income. It is a form of entertainment and there is always a risk of financial loss. Following 577bt's responsible gaming policy is mandatory for every player.

Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support team is always here for you. If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact us immediately or use the self-help tools below.

Our Protection Tools

577bt provides several practical tools to make responsible gaming easier.

Deposit Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait through a set cooldown period — this protects you from making rushed decisions.

Time-Out Feature

Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets. Once the time-out ends, your account will be automatically reactivated.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. You can select durations ranging from 6 months to a permanent closure. During self-exclusion, no promotional messages will be sent to you either.

Loss Limit

Set a limit on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. Once that limit is reached, the system will automatically prevent you from placing further bets. This is an important tool for financial protection.

Session Time Limit

Set the maximum time you will spend gaming in each session. Once that time is up, the system will alert you and after a set period will end the session. Avoid playing continuously for long stretches.

Gaming History

View your full betting and gaming history at any time. How much you have deposited, how much you have won and lost — all information is available transparently. This data is very useful for understanding your own habits.

Warning Signs of a Problem

If gaming is causing problems rather than enjoyment, that is an important signal. If you notice the signs below in yourself, seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of self-awareness.

Remember, responsible gaming not only protects your finances but also safeguards your mental wellbeing. 577bt is always here for you.

Chasing losses with more bets

Repeatedly increasing bets to recover lost money is a clear sign of problematic gaming behavior.

Loss of control over gaming

Continuing to play despite wanting to stop, or spending more than the budget you set.

Neglecting family and work

Withdrawing from family, friends, or professional responsibilities because of gaming.

Hiding gaming expenses

Concealing how much you are spending on gaming from family or people close to you.

Anxiety and restlessness

Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you are unable to play.

Playing with borrowed money

Taking loans to fund gaming or depleting your savings is a serious warning sign.

  • Set a budget in advance and stick to it.
  • Do not play when you are tired or under stress.
  • Avoid betting while under the influence of alcohol or substances.
  • Take regular breaks and spend time outdoors.
  • Do not keep playing in the hope of winning back money you have lost.
